Kittredge Properties is currently seeking real estate acquisition opportunities that meet the following criteria:

Transaction Size	Up to $5,000,000
Property Types	Office Retail Multi-family
Condition	Structurally sound, but allowing for value enhancement through renovation, vacancy reduction and/or increase of below market rental rates.
Preferred Locations	MD: North-Central Baltimore City and the I-83 North/South Corridor of Baltimore County FL: Within a 10-mile radius of Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island Opportunities outside of the preferred locations, but meeting other criteria, will be considered.
Tenant Type	Single and multi-tenant Investment and non-investment grade
Partnership	Joint venture and other participatory investment will be considered.
Competitive Advantages	Proven acquisition track-record Local, responsive decision-making Creative and flexible transaction terms Expedited due diligence and closing timeframes Strong financing relationships
Broker Protection	Brokers will be protected in the event that a property is not exclusively or openly listed.
