Our Company

Kittredge Properties was founded in 2006 with the mission of steadily acquiring and managing a portfolio of stable, high quality, income-producing properties within the Baltimore County and northern Baltimore City markets of Maryland and Boca Grande, Florida. We primarily focus on “boutique” retail, office and multi-family properties, thus differentiating ourselves from larger institutional real estate investors.

Kittredge Properties takes an aggressive approach to prospecting for acquisitions, recognizing that properties within our specific parameters infrequently make it to the “open market.” Additionally, we benefit from our local, responsive decision-making process, our overall creativity and flexibility relative to transaction terms, and our relationship-oriented approach to conducting business.

Since Kittredge Properties’ inception, we have stayed true to our mission through our purchase of targeted mixed-use centers, apartments and office buildings within our geographic criteria.

Kittredge Properties plans to continue to grow organically by leveraging our internal resources. When appropriate, however, we have access to an established group of committed investors who share our investment approach and philosophy.
